Ingredients:
- 1 can (425g) Maeploy Mango Slices in Syrup (reserve 2 slices as garnish)
- 1 can (165ml) Chaokoh Coconut Milk Lite
- 200ml Skimmed evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp Gelatine dissolved in ¼ cup boiling water
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup Castor sugar
Method:
Puree mango slices.
Add all other ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour into serving bowls or dishes and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
Garnish top of pudding with mango slices and mint.
Hot Tip: Try making this dessert with other Asian fruit such as longan, lychee, mango or rambutan.
