Ingredients:
- 1.5L Water
- 1 bunch Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan), washed and cut in half lengthways
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
Method:
Bring water to the boil in a large saucepan and blanch Chinese broccoli for 2 minutes or until tender.
Add sesame oil to water and drain well
Arrange (Gai Lan) on serving plate; drizzle with oyster sauce and serve as an accompaniment to other dishes.
Hot Tip: Try the same recipe substituting other Asian greens such as Bok Choy or Choy Sum for Chinese Broccoli (Gai Lan).
